Welcome to MinimalLatex. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the details regarding our shipping policy, which includes options for both DHL and regular postal services.

General Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

DHL Express Shipping/FedEx Express:
- Cost: $19.90 per order.
- Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days.
- Free shipping for orders over $300.
Standard Postal Service:
- Cost: Free.
- Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note, if we find that your address is in a remote area during shipping, an additional remote area fee may apply. The shipping fee you paid does not include this extra charge.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MinimalLatex is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

MinimalLatex is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur when shipping internationally.
