You placed your order on June 27th, we shipped it on July 17th, and it was delivered to you on August 13th, which falls within the expected timeframe. However, I still regret that this affected your shopping experience.
To prevent future delays impacting our customers’ experience, we now only offer free postal shipping for UK customers, and all other international orders will be shipped via DHL/FedEx.
